Job summary

Getlabs is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to join our patient-first team. You will visit patients at their home or office, perform safe blood collection and processing, and coordinate with operations to ensure timely specimen handling. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and independence in a fast-growing startup.

Candidates should have a phlebotomy certification, at least 1 year of experience (mobile preferred), and a clean driving record. Fluency in Spanish is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy preferred).
• Experience processing samples.
• Certification from a national agency such as AMT, ASCP, or NCCT.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Bonus Qualifications: Fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their home or office, drive to and from appointments in your own vehicle.
• Process specimens with a centrifuge and follow safe blood collection procedures.
• Maintain high accuracy and adapt in a fast-growing environment.
• Maintain close communication with operations and patient experience teams during business hours.
• Confirm availability weekly with your leader for the upcoming shifts.
• Shifts typically 5am–1pm, Monday to Friday, with up to 29 hours per week.
