Trident Care is seeking a phlebotomist to perform blood draws at client facilities, primarily nursing homes. You will travel using a personal vehicle as needed and must follow established phlebotomy procedures and patient identification policies.

Responsibilities include maintaining sample labeling, completing requisitions, and coordinating with dispatch and lab teams. A current clinical license and valid driver's license are required, with strong English communication and reliability essential

Formación

Knowledge of medical terminology as it relates to laboratory purposes.
Proficient in phlebotomy procedures and venipuncture.
Able to identify patients accurately and maintain logs.

Responsabilidades

Drive to client facilities (mostly nursing homes) as directed by dispatcher or supervisor.
Follow phlebotomy procedures to obtain blood samples.
Identify patients per policy prior to drawing.
Ensure proper labeling and requisitions accompany samples.
Plan draw schedule with attention to patient priority.
Maintain equipment and report issues promptly.
Complete time sheets and logs accurately.
Communicate with dispatch, payroll, lab, and courier teams.
Be ready and available when on duty; notify availability for assignments.
