Job summary

American Health Associates in Evansville, IN is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to visit patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and bring quality laboratory services directly to those who need them most.

Phlebotomy certification is preferred and one year of experience is desired. You will collect specimens, verify patient IDs, and document accurately while providing compassionate care to elderly patients.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities across Evansville, IN.
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques.
• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling and timely transport.
• Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partners.
• Complete required documentation and communicate with laboratory and facility personnel.
