Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; at least 1 year experience.
• Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and minimum age 21.
• Background checks may be required; clean criminal history where applicable.
• Home Draws: minimum of 3 years phlebotomy work experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication; self-direction to work flexibly.
• Must possess a passion for SAFETY and CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities across Monticello, KY.
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques.
• Verify patient identity and ensure proper labeling, transport, and integrity.
• Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and partners.
• Complete required documentation and communicate with lab and facilities.
