American Health Associates is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist to service Louisville, KY, visiting patients at homes, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. The role requires phlebotomy skills and the ability to work independently with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (age 21+).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations across Louisville, KY.
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary collection techniques.
• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transport.
• Provide professional, compassionate service to patients and healthcare partners.
• Complete required documentation and communicate with laboratory and facility personnel.
