Principle Health Systems is seeking a reliable Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team in Temple, TX. The role involves drawing patient samples on assigned routes, maintaining records, and delivering excellent service at facilities.

Candidates should be experienced in venipuncture and possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. The position requires 1–2 years in mobile phlebotomy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of mobile phlebotomy experience, preferably in Nursing Home/LTACH markets.
• Proficiency in venipuncture and tube/draw requirements for various tests.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to independently resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Draw patient samples within assigned routes and schedules.
• Provide coverage for sample collection duties when needed.
• Maintain regular contact with facilities and staff to ensure service satisfaction.
• Communicate any current or potential customer issues and offer resolutions.
• Maintain detailed records of time worked and mileage; assist with documentation for insurance and billing.
