American Health Associates, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to serve patients in Alton, IL, visiting homes, nursing facilities, and assisted living communities.

This part-time role offers flexible schedules and the chance to bring quality laboratory services directly to patients. You will perform venipuncture, verify patient identity, label specimens, and document results while providing compassionate care to elderly patients and partnering with labs and facilities.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes, nursing facilities, and other healthcare locations across Alton, IL.
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary collection techniques.
• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transport.
• Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partners.
• Complete required documentation and communicate with laboratory and facility personnel.
