Job summary

TridentCare is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to work in a mobile setting, servicing client facilities such as nursing homes. The role involves routing, specimen collection, labeling, and timely delivery under supervision of the Phlebotomy Supervisor.

Shifts are full-time with alternating weekends and holidays, with pay range of $18.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience and mileage reimbursement. Candidates must maintain licenses, drive safely, and adhere to all safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid State phlebotomy license (if required) and a valid State driver's license.
• Proficient in venipuncture and skin puncture using vacutainer and syringe techniques.
• Excellent communication with patients, including pediatric and geriatric populations.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Drive to client facilities, typically nursing homes, as directed by dispatcher.
• Identify patients before collecting specimens and label, process, and deliver specimens.
• Reloads equipment and maintains supplies; reports status to dispatcher.
• Maintain time records, manage shift including meal breaks, and follow universal precautions.
• Monitor and report low stock or out-of-stock items; ensure proper specimen handling.
