Job summary

TridentCare is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to provide clinic pre-analytical services at client sites, mainly nursing homes. You will complete assigned routes safely and promptly under supervision, following all policies and procedures.

The role requires venipuncture skill, strong communication, and reliable attendance. Schedule includes weekdays with some weekends and rotating holidays; mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a current, valid State phlebotomy license (if required).
• Demonstrate excellent communication with diverse populations, including pediatric and geriatric clients.
• Regular attendance and reliable schedule are expected.

Responsibilities

• Drive to client facilities (nursing homes) as directed by dispatcher.
• Collect, label, process, and deliver specimens ordered by physician.
• Identify patients accurately before collection; maintain proper records and time sheets.
• Maintain equipment and supplies; communicate status with dispatcher; adhere to safety protocols.
