Job summary

Versiti is seeking a Donor Driver to join our mobile donation operations. You will operate a full-size van, transport staff and supplies, and ensure a safe, positive donor experience across drives.

Responsibilities include loading, screening donors, performing phlebotomy, and maintaining records while upholding DOT guidelines. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours are required; training is provided with opportunities for bilingual growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years relevant people-facing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of standard procedures and ability to read SOPs and rules.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate full-size commercial van/Promaster and transport staff and supplies.
• Load/unload supplies and set up at mobile site.
• Perform donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
• Provide a positive donor experience with professional service.
• Rebook donors for future appointments.
• Maintain compliance with DOT guidelines.
• Assist with automation when applicable.
• Support team culture and maintain equipment and records.
