Qualifications

• Basic math aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with phlebotomy or donor screening preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows DOT guidelines when operating vehicles to transport staff and supplies.
• Prepares collection site and performs setup, including tech systems.
• Performs donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy as needed.
• Delivers a positive donor experience with professional communication.
• Supports automation processes (Alyx/Trima) and donor recruitment for automation.
• Maintains equipment, records, and donor identification.
