Versiti Blood Research Institute seeks a Donor Box Truck Driver to perform phlebotomy collection and safely transport mobile staff. The role emphasizes excellent donor service, teamwork, and compliance with DOT guidelines while supporting a positive donor experience across shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1–3 years in a customer-facing role, and CDL Box Truck certification.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required and demonstrated customer-facing experience.
• DOT guidelines knowledge and safe operation of commercial vehicles required.
• Phlebotomy and donor interaction experience preferred.
• Ability to read procedures, operate tech systems, and deliver professional donor care.

Mansioni

• Operate DOT-compliant full-size van/box truck to transport staff and donors safely.
• Prepare collection site and set up equipment and systems.
• Perform donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy as trained.
• Provide excellent donor service and handle inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
• Rebook donors for future appointments and maintain records as required.
