Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in donor interactions or customer service preferred.
• Must be able to operate donor transport vehicle safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate full-size commercial van/box truck following DOT guidelines.
• Prepare collection site and set up technology systems as needed.
• Perform donor screening and phlebotomy with care and professionalism.
• Maintain donor experience with a service-centric approach and positive communication.
• Rebook donors for future appointments and coordinate with staff.
