Job summary

Versiti Blood Center of Wisconsin is hiring a Specialist, Donor Driver to perform phlebotomy collection and safely transport staff to mobile drives. You will deliver service-centric donor experiences, screen donors, and operate automation with attention to safety and quality.

The role includes evenings and weekends with shift differentials and on-call flexibility. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of customer-facing experience, and knowledge of DOT guidelines.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of relevant people-facing experience preferred, at least 1 year required.
• Knowledge of DOT guidelines and safety/compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate full-size commercial van/Promaster and transport staff safely.
• Load/unload supplies and set up at mobile site including tech systems.
• Perform donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy with customer-service excellence.
• Rebook donors for future appointments and maintain donor records as needed.
