Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Basic math and ability to follow work routines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, repair, and maintenance of building structure and grounds.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance; complete repair records.
• Paint interior areas and perform finishing touches for commercial standards.
• Work with patching, painting, and finishing tasks under supervision.
• Use coatings like primer, varnish, polyurethane as needed.
• Repair and remodel imperfections; protect surfaces during work.
• Review work orders, estimate time, materials, and order supplies.
• Ensure tools are cleaned, stored, and safe.
