Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Painter/Carpenter to perform preventive maintenance and repairs across multiple commercial facilities. You will handle painting, patching, and finishing, while managing work orders and safety protocols.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and up to 2 years of related experience, with ability to lift 50 lbs and operate basic tools. On-site work across various CBRE properties is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in applying work.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; MS Office familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the general operation, repair, and maintenance of building structure and grounds.
• Perform interior painting, patching, finishing and cosmetic repairs.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and order supplies as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in HSE programs and training.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and ensure proper tool maintenance.
