Family Guidance Centers, Inc. (FGC), a not-for-profit behavioral healthcare organization, operates a mobile medication unit in Springfield, IL, providing initial assessments and medication delivery.

This role emphasizes outreach to vulnerable populations, coordination of transportation, and engagement in treatment. The position requires a HS diploma and prefers an Associate degree, with bilingual Spanish/English as a plus.

Formación

• HS diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health and community outreach.
• Substance use harm reduction and medication-assisted treatment experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support patients on the mobile medication unit, including initial assessments and arranging transportation.
• Deliver medications on the mobile unit to patients enrolled in treatment.
• Conduct outreach to people who use drugs, those experiencing homelessness, and community members.
• Oversee services on the Mobile Van and complete GPRA data collection.
• Document all services in patient records in accordance with IL.DASA, Federal, and FGC standards.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with patients, staff, outside professionals, and collaterals; participate in supervision and continuing education.
