Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree is strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant nonprofit experience is preferred, especially in social services.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred; strong English communication is essential.
• Must have a valid Oregon driver’s license and be willing to travel; background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow a prescribed schedule to reach homeless individuals in Washington County.
• Maintain a master list of partners and coordinate with other Outreach teams.
• Conduct initial assessments and develop rapport with clients.
• Maintain weekly contact and assist with housing readiness plans.
• Provide comprehensive case management and link to housing and support services.
• Travel throughout rural WA County using organizational vehicle and comply with safety standards.
