Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in PT field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in PT.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with 5+ years of PT experience (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in in-home and facility settings.
• Develop and deliver individualized PT plans to restore function.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety.
• Supervise assistants and ensure compliance with licensure and standards.
• Document clinical and billing information timely and accurately.
