PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for mobile outpatient therapy in Winchester, MA. This full-time role covers in-home visits and work in ALF/ILF and community settings, offering a salaried position with a $5,000 bonus.

The therapist evaluates and treats in the patient’s home, develops personalized plans, and coordinates with care teams to restore function and independence for older adults.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or license eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or PT-related field is acceptable.
• Driver’s license or reliable transportation to patients’ residences.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in home or facility settings.
• Develop and implement individualized PT plans and goals.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Supervise PTAs and support staff per state licensure.
• Document clinical and billing activities timely.
• Assess falls risk and safe mobility in the home environment.
