Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Three+ years in healthcare operations or program management.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating across sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational management of the Mobile Optometry Program.
• Develop workflows for mobile optometry and coordinate across multiple sites.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and vendor coordination for service days.
• Ensure program compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
