360care seeks a compassionate Optometrist to serve residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across Jacksonville, FL. This 1099 Independent Contractor role offers a flexible schedule with no evenings or weekends, letting you focus on clinical decision-making while 360Care handles logistics and billing.

You will travel to facilities, perform eye exams with portable equipment, diagnose ocular conditions, and prescribe and fit glasses.

Competenze

• Requirements: Doctor of Optometry Degree; Active State License; Licensed Optometrist in good standing.

Mansioni

• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities.
• Conduct Eye Exams with mobile Optometric equipment and interpret diagnostic results.
• Diagnose and treat ocular diseases.
• Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on vision and optical protocols and concerns.
• Deliver excellent customer service through patient interactions.
