Responsibilities

• Provide general optometry services to residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities and long-term care facilities within an assigned territory.
• Diagnose and treat refractive and ocular disorders; examine, diagnose, treat and manage diseases of the visual system and eye.
• Enter patient information and complete required clinical documentation in the EMR system.
• Travel daily to skilled nursing facilities to treat patients.
