BrightSpring Health Services’ Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation in home and community settings across North Carolina. You’ll assess, plan, and adapt therapy to real-life activities, from cooking at home to navigating stores and workplaces, empowering independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year’s work experience as a physical therapist.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injuries.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home and community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.
