Job summary

Shared Medical Services in Illinois seeks an MRI Technologist to join our growing team. You will operate a state-of-the-art mobile MRI scanner, serving local communities with dedicated care. This is a stable, full-time role in an employee-owned company where you matter.

You will perform scans, administer contrast under radiologist guidance, review patient screening forms, and maintain patient safety and confidentiality while keeping your technical skills sharp through continuing education.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) registered is required or strongly preferred ARRT (MR) registered.
• Ability to interact in a professional and ethical manner; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures per standards of practice, including administering contrast under Radiologist guidance.
• Review and complete patient screening forms and explain the procedure to patients.
• Maintain patient care, comfort, safety, and confidentiality; keep technical competency through continuing education.
