Job summary

Shared Medical Services in Warrenville, IL seeks an MRI Technologist to join a stable, employee-owned team and operate a state-of-the-art mobile scanner for local communities.

The role involves performing MRI studies, reviewing screening forms, and ensuring patient comfort, safety and confidentiality while maintaining professional standards. ARRT(R) or ARMRIT registration is required; MR registration is preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) or ARMRIT registered.
• ARRT (MR) registered preferred.
• Ability to produce quality imaging with limited supervision and interact professionally.
• Successful pass of pre-employment (post offer) background check, urine drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures per accepted standards, including administering contrast under Radiologist guidance.
• Review patient screening forms and explain the procedure to patients.
• Maintain patient care, safety, confidentiality and ongoing technical competency through education.
