Job summary

Shared Medical Services is seeking an MRI Technologist to join our stable, employee-owned team in Illinois. The role involves operating a state-of-the-art mobile MRI scanner and delivering high-quality imaging for diverse local communities on a full-time basis.

You will perform MRI procedures, review patient screening, and maintain patient safety, confidentiality, and professional standards while continuing your education. We offer strong benefits, including ESOP, PTO, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Registered ARRT (R) or ARMRIT in good standing.
• MR registered (preferred).
• Ability to perform quality MRI imaging with supervision and adhere to ethical standards.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures according to standards of practice and site radiologist guidance.
• Review patient screening forms and explain procedures to patients.
• Maintain patient care, safety, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development.
