Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mental health or behavioral health services.
• Strong crisis assessment, de-escalation, and decision-making skills.
• Equivalent experience considered in place of degree.

Responsibilities

• Respond on-call to mobile mental health crisis situations.
• Conduct mental health and suicide risk assessments.
• Provide crisis intervention and support least-restrictive response planning.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and community partners.
• Complete required clinical documentation.
