Job summary

DASCO Home Medical Equipment is seeking a Medical Equipment Technician to deliver and assemble medical equipment, educate patients or caregivers on usage and maintenance, and complete necessary documentation. The role includes compliance and safety duties and participation in inventory tasks.

Full-time with standard hours 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, plus periodic after-hours on-call shifts. Prior residential delivery and healthcare customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Delivers medical equipment and supplies, educates patients on use and maintenance, and completes required paperwork.
• Maintains compliance logs and relevant records per policy.
• Complies with HIPAA, regulatory and safety requirements; reports issues to supervisor.
• On-call after hours coverage as scheduled by local branch.
• Assists with training of new technicians and supports warehouse/inventory tasks.
