Job summary

DASCO is seeking a Medical Equipment Technician to deliver and assemble medical equipment, educating patients and caregivers on use and maintenance. The role includes warehouse/inventory tasks, documentation, and potential cross-training in the office.

Requires a High School diploma or GED and valid driving license; travel is required and after-hours on-call shifts may occur. Strong compliance, attention to detail, and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Customer Service experience in a medical/insurance/healthcare setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers medical equipment and supplies and educates patient/caregiver on use and maintenance.
• Completes required paperwork and maintains compliance logs as per policy.
• Performs warehouse/inventory duties and may assist in the office as needed.
• Supports afterhours coverage and training of new technicians.
• Travels for day deliveries and may require overnight travel for orientation.
