GYMGUYZ seeks a Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile trainers delivering high-impact sessions at clients' homes, offices, and community spaces. You will mentor staff, drive client results, and shape a growing fitness network.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in personal training and leadership, CPT certification, CPR/AED, and a strong track record in coaching and outcomes. Join a dynamic, client-centric team with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization).
• CPR/AED certified (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — DRIVE — in every interaction.
