Job summary

GYMGUYZ seeks a Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile personal trainers, driving client results and shaping the local fitness community. You will mentor trainers, deliver high-quality sessions, and contribute to growth and leadership within the network.

As a Master Trainer, you will mentor staff, oversee assessments, and help achieve sales and client success goals while representing the DRIVE values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with an accredited organization (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ app.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
