GYMGUYZ is hiring a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of trainers, delivering exceptional client results across mobile sessions. You will conduct assessments, design and lead personal and small-group workouts, and drive client success while shaping local fitness outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in training with leadership, CPR/AED certification, and a proven track record of motivating teams and achieving goals. A flexible, field-based role offered with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with recognized certs (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• 3+ years in personal training and leadership roles.
• Proven client results and ability to mentor a team.
• Strong communication, organization and motivational skills.
• Sales or field marketing experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Perform initial assessments and reassessments using the app.
• Design and lead individual and small-group sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality.
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership.
