3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver results
Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality
Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
Represent DRIVE values in every interaction
