GYMGUYZ is hiring a Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile personal trainers delivering client results at homes, offices, and community spaces. You will mentor trainers, drive performance, and shape local fitness culture.

As a Master Trainer, you will expand leadership within the network, oversee client success metrics, and contribute to sales and community initiatives. A certified pro who motivates others will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with recognized accred. (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE) required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Minimum 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
