GYMGUYZ is hiring a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of mobile trainers, delivering exceptional results across client sessions, assessments, and workshops. You will shape training quality and drive client success while advancing a leadership path within a flexible schedule framework.

As a Master Trainer, you will mentor others, influence local growth, and contribute to strategic initiatives, all while upholding DRIVE values and expanding the mobile training network.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with recognized certification (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — DRIVE — in every interaction.
