GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile personal trainers delivering programs at clients’ homes, offices, and community spaces. You will mentor staff, drive client results, and shape training plans across diverse settings.

As a Master Trainer, you’ll conduct initial assessments, design sessions, oversee training quality, and support sales and marketing efforts. A CPR/CPR-AED certified pro with 3+ years of leadership will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
