GYMGUYZ Williamsburg is seeking a Master Trainer in Huntsville, AL to lead and mentor a team of trainers, delivering results directly at clients' locations and in community spaces.

You will drive assessments, design sessions, and oversee success metrics while advancing the franchise, with a focus on leadership and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
• Ensure utilization of GYMGUYZ software applications and branding standards
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives

Master Trainer

Compensation:

$35 - $42/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience

• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
