Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead, develop and mentor a team of personal trainers, delivering mobile training to clients in homes, offices, and community spaces.

You will train for results, drive client success metrics, and represent our DRIVE values. Certified trainers with leadership experience thrive here, with opportunities for growth as the Huntsville & Decatur franchise opens mid-October 2026.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.

Compensation:

$35 - $42/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Desire to be part of a dynamic, fast-growing, team-focused group
