GYMGUYZ Williamsburg in Huntsville is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of personal trainers who bring fitness directly to clients — homes, offices, and community spaces — redefining training without limits.

You’ll mentor trainers, drive results, conduct assessments, and design training for individuals and groups. This role offers leadership opportunities and growth within a fast-growing franchise.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with accredited organization.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven client results and mentoring ability.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Master Trainer

Compensation: $35 - $42/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

Schedule: Flexible — full-time preferred

What You’ll Do

• Lead, develop and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
• Ensure utilization of GYMGUYZ software applications and compliance with GYMGUYZ branding standards
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
