GYMGUYZ Huntsville/Decatur is seeking a Master Trainer to lead, develop and mentor a team of personal trainers, delivering exceptional results for clients in homes, offices, and community spaces. You’ll conduct initial assessments, design and lead training sessions, oversee client success metrics, support sales goals, and drive local marketing and community engagement, all while embodying the DRIVE values.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with recognized credential (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE).
• CPR/AED certified (required).
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
• Ensure utilization of GYMGUYZ software applications and branding standards
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives

Master Trainer

Compensation:

$35 - $42/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
