CVG Properties is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our San Diego Area team, overseeing an 80-unit community in La Mesa, CA. The ideal candidate handles a range of trades, from electrical to plumbing, and delivers strong customer service while keeping the property safe and well maintained.

Responsibilities include completing work orders in Yardi, performing preventive maintenance, and responding to emergencies.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, A/C, etc.
• Customer service oriented with flexibility and teamwork.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• On-call rotation availability and safety compliance.

Aufgaben

• Provide outstanding service and timely resolution to resident issues.
• Manage daily assignments and logistics to meet repair call targets and response times.
• Perform maintenance tasks in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Conduct interior and exterior unit maintenance and preventive tasks per CVG checklists.
• Maintain work orders electronically in Yardi and ensure timely completion.
• Inspect community grounds, buildings, and amenities for safety and cleanliness.
• Promote safety and risk management per regulations and company policy.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance needs.
