Job summary

Southwest Equity Partners in San Diego County is seeking a Roving Multifamily Maintenance Technician to keep communities looking pristine and residents safe. You will perform preventative and repair maintenance across properties and respond to service requests with a focus on quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in general maintenance, understands electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and can work independently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as maintenance technician
• 2+ years hands-on general maintenance experience
• Experience in property maintenance preferred
• Possesses and practices exceptional safety skills

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Director.
• General maintenance knowledge in electrical, drywall, plumbing, custodial, and carpentry work as necessary.
• Ensure exterior curb appeal of community and cleanliness of grounds.
• Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
• Ensure that residents are provided with a clean, safe, well maintained community.
