Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to service small to medium sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment in Irving, TX. This role supports preventive maintenance, repairs, and life-safety systems, working under supervision.

You will inspect, diagnose, and repair building systems, assist with installation and modification, review work orders, and help energy management while ensuring code compliance (NFPA 80).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and fulfilling physical requirements.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Maintain fire doors and life safety systems per NFPA 80 standards.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair building systems and equipment.
• Assist installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for code compliance and safety.
