Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED plus 1–2 years of related experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Inspect and maintain fire doors and life-safety systems in accordance with NFPA standards.
• Review work orders and track completion with facilities teams.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
