Job summary

Lillibridge, the property management and leasing subsidiary of Ventas, seeks a Chief Maintenance Engineer to oversee maintenance for a portfolio of medical office buildings in Indianapolis. You will manage repairs, preventative maintenance, and energy-saving initiatives while coordinating budgets, vendor oversight, and safety programs.

The role requires onsite work five days a week, strong Excel skills, CAD familiarity, and the ability to lead maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• Two-year college/technical school completed or 7–10 years related work experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CFC handling certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with General Manager to design, implement, and manage a computerized preventative maintenance program and work order system.
• Oversee routine repairs and preventive maintenance on building equipment and systems.
• Respond to tenant calls and perform necessary repairs or adjustments as appropriate.
• Perform daily rounds of buildings to maintain a safe and pleasant environment.
• Oversee completion of all work order documentation and maintain reporting.
