Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. seeks a Floating Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance across our Tampa-area properties. Travel between sites is required, along with coordinating in-house and vendor work to meet deadlines.

You will manage unit turnovers, safety compliance, and staff performance, while upholding exceptional resident service. A valid driver's license and 3+ years of property maintenance leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade/technical courses preferred.
• 3+ years in maintenance supervision in apartments.
• Experience with Yardi software a plus.
• EPA 608 Type I/II or EPA Universal Technician license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily repair and upkeep of assigned properties.
• Travel between properties to assist with tasks.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
• Manage service requests and response times.
• Maintain curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
• Interview, screen, and recommend maintenance staff.
• Train maintenance or grounds personnel.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety at all times.
