Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor in Tampa, FL. The role oversees daily repairs, vacancy prep, and service request management, ensuring timely completion while maintaining curb appeal and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of maintenance supervision, an EPA license, and a valid driver's license; CAMT/CPO certifications may be required within six months. Yardi experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Type I/II or Universal Technician license.
• Minimum 4+ years in maintenance supervision roles (superintendent or tech II).
• CAMT and/or CPO certifications may be required within 6 months.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain curb appeal and general cleanliness of buildings/grounds.
• Interview and screen candidates for maintenance/grounds roles.
• Train maintenance and grounds personnel.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; manage orders.
• Support disciplinary or promotional recommendations as needed.
• Uphold OSHA standards and a safe work environment.
• Maintain logs and report unusual property events.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and pursue growth opportunities.
