Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a Floating Maintenance Supervisor for the South Florida area. You will supervise maintenance tasks across multiple properties, travel between sites, and ensure timely preparation of vacant units for occupancy.

The role requires 3+ years in property maintenance supervision, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Yardi is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong advantage; OSHA safety practices are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade/technical courses preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in maintenance leadership within apartment communities.
• Experience with Yardi software is a plus; OSHA standards must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily repairs and upkeep for assigned properties.
• Travel between properties within the portfolio as needed.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain curb appeal and building/grounds cleanliness.
• Interview and train maintenance staff and vendors.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work.
• Maintain inventories and order supplies/equipment.
• Uphold OSHA standards and safe work environment.
• Document logs and report unusual property conditions.
