Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Supervisor in Portland, OR to lead day‑to‑day property maintenance and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. You will manage service requests, coordinate make‑ready tasks, and oversee safety and quality in a hands‑on role.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in property maintenance, strong English communication, a valid driver's license, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three+ years of experience in property management or related field preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and unit make‑ready standards.
• Review and track service requests; identify chronic issues.
• Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and related systems.
• Manage work orders and assist with on‑call emergencies and safety protocols.
• Mentor maintenance team and ensure company policies and safety rules are followed.
• Foster positive relations with residents and coordinate with property leadership.
